  Hey @River I hear how heavy this feels right now, as though something’s broken maybe or gone too far and you can’t take it back. That feeling of “I’ve fucked up” can be so intense and I can hear how it's leading to a lot of self-hatred and panic maybe. And when that critical voice gets loud enough, it makes you feel like everyone else must see you that way too. That's so overwhelming.
  
  And I guess I just want to sit with you in that. Something happened, and it feels awful. You're feeling so angry at yourself, or alone maybe. You're doing so well to talk about this. And we're here as your Community to listen one moment at a time and find a way forward all together. You don't have to have all the answers right now.
  
  What's one tiny thing you can do to be kind to yourself? Could you put a song on your phone that makes you feel relief? Could you gently wash your hands and focus on the feeling of the warm water on your skin? Could you look out the window and see if you can find one thing you think is pretty? A tiny little act of self-compassion.
