I wonder how you can each look after yourselves this week? Any little things that make you feel slightly better, whether it's a comfort show, a favourite snack or spending time with loved ones?
Try an be gentle with yourselves this week and take everyday as it comes - the community is here with you
The only thing I have that im looking forward to is I see my boyfriend most evenings and today we might be going gym to have a weight lifting competition but idk yet.
I should probs tell him how im feeling but I dont want him to worry any more than what he does.
I also had a snap memory come up today as its been a year since Megan at uni told my parents about an incident that happened who then told my gp, this hasnt helped anything either. Jusy got to live with all this i guess

Thinking about the here and now, day-to-day, what are we each doing to take care of ourselves right now? How can we take care of ourselves this evening? Even if just one kind act.
Lets keep supporting one another whenever we have capacity to also, and I'll pop some resources below also if you're struggling to cope:
I hear you - it sounds like the 16th was a particularly overwhelming day, and you're feeling as though something has been ruined maybe, or that you're too much and should disappear. That's a really painful thought to have. As though you want to not exist.
Can I ask, are you feeling safe at the moment, and as well, would you be able to tell us how you're practically keeping safe?
I'm hearing things are serious, and we care about your safety.
It was an overwhelming day, and i ruined it which is why I wanted to (still want to) disappear. I dont want to exist. i dont want to answer that really but im fine. Always am and always will be fine
