I feel like crap

So as people are aware I have insomnia except last night due to having a bad flare up with my condition I fell asleep between 22:00 - 22:30 and I had 12 hours sleep but fuck I woke up in the worst pain, I collapsed twice within the space of 30 mins, I have the biggest headache and I canโ€™t control my temperature, so sat in freezing cold room because itโ€™s the only thing making this condition tolerable ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Iโ€™ve eaten and taken all my meds including pain meds which Iโ€™ve just realised there anti- inflammatory which means I shouldnโ€™t of taken one of them with my other ๐Ÿ˜ญ so will have to call my doctor now about that cos potentially gonna have to go to hospital.

I got this message from the doctors this morning too which is just ๐Ÿ’€

Itโ€™s my mums birthday but Iโ€™m spending that in the bathroom trying not to be sick and in fucking pain, my leg hurts, my sh hurts :( I want to cry but I canโ€™t cos Iโ€™m numb from that perspective but the whole world is spinning

    Oh no @River that sounds horrible, in so much pain and then realising you took the wrong medication combination - that must have been so anxiety inducing!

    That must have been really hard to go through, having the room start to spin just makes everything so much more unbearable. I hope you're doing a little better now!

    @Matthew_04 i was okay when I phoned the doctors they said to monitor for side effects and to make sure I didnโ€™t do it again and I was fine I didnโ€™t feel unwell
