    Hi @nem thanks so much for making this post, and you're doing really well to ask for support. Dating can feel really anxiety-inducing sometimes, and as @Redemption has said, it is valid that you're feeling this way because you care a lot!

    @nem , I hear you and that's so valid too - it can feel really vulnerable when we start to like someone, and exposing too. What would you say is frightening about these emotions you're feeling? Maybe there's a fear of getting hurt there? A fear of experiencing something new?
