i went to the doctors for a review and gosh he annoyed me so much, he overlooks my whole case and files and so he did mood check in and stuff then he was like im aware you spoke to the psychiatric nurse and then he was like lets see what you said to them and so as he was reading it he was fucking laughing hows that fair, and now hes upped the severity of my conditions
Now I’m blasting sad songs really badly wanting to message something to people except can’t so just going to have to stay safe
