i got told to `save it for therapy` but they pay attention to others, coz they hav addiction problems, which i dont :). wat would b the proper way 4 carers to deal with SH? theyre all ignore me atm coz they tripped up n i cant leave their mistakes they make n i shout frm roftops, it was different managment wen i arrived, n everything was gd. but wen the new g_t came in, no'ones trained. n its hard to 'comply' with theyre rules.

@ellie2000 , thank you for sharing this. It sounds like you're feeling really, really unsupported at home still, which I can imagine is really isolating.

When you speak about 'SH' can I ask if you're referring to self-harm? You're doing really well to talk about this, and I wanted to ask if you are currently self-harming, or if you're experiencing thoughts about self-harm? We're here to listen and you deserve support with this.

It sounds like your therapy session felt really frustrating, because your counsellor focused mainly on talking about your home situation / your carers, rather than the topic you really wanted to discuss - have I got that right? Would you feel comfortable telling us what was the real issue that you wanted to talk about?

I'll pop some further support around SH if helpful:
