Had to battle my way into this category but basically this is popping up all the time
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    Hey @River and @eylah we're not having much luck with these tech issues lately are we! Right a few questions

    When does this error pop up?
    Is it when you click on any category or specific ones?
    Does this error message happen when you're using your phone and a desktop?

    Hey @Katie it was just last night however the mix account was online a few times too when it was happening

    It was when I tried to go into any category, managed to get into this category with a battle lol

    It was when I was on my phone and it happened 13 times in the space of 5 minutes

    I see @shannon_164 reported a similar issue last week when they was trying to click on different threads. Have you experienced any error messages when trying to click on discussion threads River or is it just categories?

    it was when i tried clicking on different categories or threads then to get onto the website i had to write in the mix into safari and then it worked but then would do it again. but it was last night and fingers crossed 🤞🏼 it hasn’t done it again since.

    Hey @River and @eylah just confirming that the tech team believe they've been able to fully resolve this issue so you should have no more problems trying to click on any of the categories or discussion threads - woop woop!

    If for some reason the problem happens again, please let me know but fingers crossed it should all be fixed now!
