this is a pretty pointless question really but it was something i was just thinking about. why do your breasts get sore before and during your period?! I get it really bad but never really though about it properly before

    I sometimes suffer the same problem and I think its something to do with hormones etc and nothing to worry about as I think its quite common!!

    Unfortuntly, its another something we have to put up with !!!

    I think it might be something to do with fluid retention before your period, like similar to how some people feel bloated. not sure though! I get it too but not badly.

    Its because of the increase in progesterone in your body. Evening Primrose Oil helps me a lot.

    I'm a bloke but .... ny girlfriends always feel bigger and more swollen (the only otherwaa i can think of putting it is solid but that sounds wrong) just before her period, so i should think its really common.
