Sleeping and FND

I’m exhausted I just want to go to sleep but my brain has other plans seizing and ticing I’m so exhausted🥲

    @Summerjune15 I'm guessing that the weather is probably contributing. Have you got a decent way to keep cool and to stop yourself from overheating? And if it's not that, have you spoken to your doctor about it? I'm sorry your going through this right now Summer and that i can't offer any better advice.

    @DonnerKebab it definitely was the heat I’ve been ill with my FND recently we rang the doctors and they didn’t do anything they just checked my vitals like heart rate temp etc all was fine so they didn’t care or do anything even on one day I had 50+ seizures and wasn’t recovering afterwards sorry for the late reply but as soon as I stopped ticking I went to sleep straight away before they had a chance to start again haha

    Hey @Summerjune15. I can relate to how hard it is when you just want sleep but your brain has other ideas. I can hear how exhausting it is for you :'( I'm sorry the doctors weren't helpful either! How are you feeling today? <3
