can’t access threads

hi🙂

this has just suddenly happened but everytime i click into a thread for some reason i cant access it? idk what’s going on lol so although im posting this, chances are i wont be able to read any replies on it as every time i click into a thread this is what i get presented with:

    hmm im not sure what couldve caused this. hopefully the tech team will fix it.

    ok so now i can access threads but with great difficulty, i gotta click into the thread then go back a page and then click into it again about 8 times before i can actually see the thread - it’s driving me up the walls tbh

    @TheMix do you have any idea how to fix this pls, every thread i go to look at takes me several attempts and it’s really frustrating😫

    Hey @shannon_164 based on the screenshot it looks like this issue is on your phone. Is that right? Do you also access our boards on another device, such as a laptop, and if so are you having the same issue?

    I'm also wondering if the classic log out and back in seems to work? Or clearing your cache on your browser may also prevent this issue.

    Let me know if these steps work and if not we'll take a closer look!

    And if anyone else is experiencing the same tech issue please let me know.

    Also @shannon_164 does this happen when you're connected to the WIFI and when you use mobile data? Or just when you're connected to WIFI?

    @Katie im still having the issue yeah - happens on my phone with both wifi & mobile data. i have tried logging out n in again etc but still the same issue. it doesn’t matter though, i dont plan to be around on the mix for very much longer so unless others are having the same issue, pls dont waste time looking into resolving it.

    Can we ask - when you try to access the thread on your phone and you have to click through multiple times, does that seem to be because the page loads very slowly, or maybe its laoding in a slightly faulty / mis-formatted way?

    Can we also ask if clearing your caches on your phone seems to have helped at all? Sometimes I know for me this can create lagging!

    I can see you say too that you don't wish for us to 'waste' our time, and it sounds like you might be going through a really hard time, Shannon. We're here on the Health and Wellbeing section to explore more if you wish.

    @Sian321 as i already said, it does not matter for me as i do not plan to be around on the mix for very much longer. i am fine, thanks, but it doesn’t matter.
