    Hey @bignosegirly0, I’m so sorry to hear that you felt overstimulated because of the loud music in the car — it’s really difficult to find a moment of peace and quiet in that situation.

    Do you have any strategies that help you reduce overstimulation? For example, do you have noise cancelling headphones?

    Hey @bignosegirly0 , thank you for sharing this. That sounds overwhelming, and its valid that you found that situation really over-stimulating. Each person will have different sensory limits, and that's okay.
