I’ve booked a video call appointment and as I appear, nothing happens. I’ve been on this call for 11 fucking minutes now and still no one has showed up.

I’m really proud of you for showing to counselling and agreeing to go, it can’t of been easy.
I’m sorry the counsellor didn’t show up and then proceeded to send you a message about not showing even though you did, like you said it could be due to a technical error so I hope you could get it sorted.
