Feeling like no one has faith in me anymore

I’ve been feeling like everyone has lost faith in me when it comes to getting into work. I do want to do well and make progress, but things haven’t really moved forward yet, and I can’t help but think people are probably noticing that. Some have even doubted or questioned me directly, which adds to the pressure. I have volunteering tomorrow, but honestly, I don’t feel like going because it’s so demotivating not getting paid. That’s what I expected, but I was encouraged to do it anyway, I thought it would help but doesn't seem like is. I don't want to go tomorrow. My mood has been all over the place, and I’ve been irritable in general, especially in the mornings. Even simple things like eating breakfast can set me off if someone talks to me then I just complain about people talking to me, I get annoyed and just don’t want to be bothered. I’ve just not been in the mood, and everything feels harder to cope with than usual. I also have counselling tomorrow, which is good. Starting from Tuesday, I’ll be doing a course from Tuesday to Friday each week for 4/5 weeks, with different activities and a chance to mix with other people around my age, which could be a good change and maybe help shift things in a better direction.

Just wanted to say that I, and i think all of here at the mix, haven't lost faith in you when it comes to getting employment. I think we all know what a challenging journey finding and securing a job can be - and you're putting in the work to get there, even when it feels like little progress is being made. Hopefully volunteering today (if you go in) isn't too disheartening or anything and fingers crossed the course you're starting helps you take another step in the right direction.

The process of seeking employment can be disheartening, especially when faced with rejections. But try not to give up and hopefully things fall into place soon

Sending hugs and hope you're doing okay :3

Honestly, getting into work is hard for many people. Sometimes people need to take things more slowly. You don't have to rush yourself into work, just go at a pace that I suited for you.
Volunteering is a good way to start getting yourself prepared for work life, but if you feel like the Volunteering you're doing isn't helpful to you, or is making things worse for you then you can always take a break. That's the good part about Volunteering. If you need a break for a while you can, just focus on you.

It isn't acceptable that people have questioned you. So try to ignore people who have said anything.

Also I hope things go okay with the new course you will be doing, it does sound like it will be very beneficial for you.
