you’re not ugly - everyone is beautiful in their own way says and i really hope one day you can see that in yourself!
i really don’t think the way people act at the window has anything to do with how you look. most of the time, people are just in their own world - tired, stressed, glued to their phones, or just plain awkward. it’s definitely not a reflection of you or your appearance!
you’re out there being polite, doing your job, and showing up, that already says a lot about the kind of person you are. the fact that you’re still being kind even when people don’t return it? that’s strength.
you’re way too hard on yourself, i hope you know deep down that you’re a good person, and that’s what shows through more than anything else.
