I would post my face to ask if I’m ugly or not, but I don’t want future hirers to find me lol.
But I’m at second window, giving out drinks and orders, greeting everyone politely, but most of them will just say nothing and stare like 😐

you’re not ugly - everyone is beautiful in their own way says and i really hope one day you can see that in yourself!
i really don’t think the way people act at the window has anything to do with how you look. most of the time, people are just in their own world - tired, stressed, glued to their phones, or just plain awkward. it’s definitely not a reflection of you or your appearance!
you’re out there being polite, doing your job, and showing up, that already says a lot about the kind of person you are. the fact that you’re still being kind even when people don’t return it? that’s strength.
you’re way too hard on yourself, i hope you know deep down that you’re a good person, and that’s what shows through more than anything else.
