I’m still refusing to accept that I’m not okay but as I’m feeling off today I’m going to take Barney for a walk and get some nice pictures today I think, I got myself dressed as soon as I woke up and made myself feel pretty (sad ik)

    Me and Barney had a really nice walk and it was nice to just be able to go with the flow, I’m going to make a post in general with some pictures of Barney

    Thank you for making this post, Rose. So positive you can open up about what's going on and how you're feeling. I saw you made another thread about your walk with Barney which looked so beautiful. I really enjoy walking for my mental health too. It can be so helpful!
