May 2025 achievements!

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a lovely May <3

I’m back again for another monthly achievement check-up! Have you done anything this month that you’re proud of? As always, feel free to write down as many achievements as you want, and it doesn’t have to be anything big at all! I hope this helps remind you that you’re making incredible progress, and that this can serve as something to look back on when things get tough <3

Here are my achievements:
- I have finally completed the most challenging and stressful part of my degree which was my dissertation, and my final year assessments! So now I’m finally free from uni and just waiting on results now!!
- I started getting into scrapbooking/junk journalling which has been incredibly fun!
- I started learning the basics of how to read piano sheet music and it’s going really well :3
- I’ve been feeling a lot more like a responsible person now by doing some more household chores and driving

    My achievements for May 2025
    • Sticking to a vegetarian diet while living with meat eaters
    • Putting my health first and admitting when I'm finding things difficult instead of masking my symptoms
    • Spending less time on a screen and doing my hobbies when able to

    Thank you so much for sharing @MorgsSmiles24! I’m really glad to hear that you’ve been taking care of yourself by eating healthily and acknowledging when you find things difficult. I can imagine that it’s so easy to mask your symptoms and overwork yourself, which can cause more harm than good, so huge well done to you for mitigating this!!

    It’s also great that you’ve been spending more time on your hobbies! What are your hobbies? <3
