So I have medication that I have to take an hour before eating or 2 hours after eating and then have to wait another hour to eat again after???
How do I do that
I ate breakfast at 11:30 so that means I can take my meds at 1:30 but then I have to wait till 2:30 to eat?? Where do I fit lunch in :,)
