Feeling poorly

I’m feeling really poorly and dizzy (probably related to the doctor diagnosis stuff) I’ve cancelled counselling but I need to go to the pharmacy to grab my meds but I’m gonna have to walk :(

    @Rose113 Hi hi!

    It sounds so tricky right now with all of these physical symptoms on top of everything else you have going on. Do you have anyone that you can check in with if you do end up needing to walk to the pharmacy? Maybe a friend or family member who can make sure you get there and back alright

    I hope you can take the walk as slowly as you need to if you do need to walk there. You're doing so well at the moment, you're getting through each day as it comes!

    @Rose113 I hope you start to feel better soon with the new meds and everything, but for today, try to take the walk slowly. There’s no harm in stopping for a few minutes if you need to, it’s better than pushing on when you’re really not feeling up to it.

    Let me know how you get on <3
