Feeling numb

With things going on in life, today I’ve kind of been feeling numb. I’ve been into cars all my life, and while I’ve had other interests come and go, my passion for cars was always constant it never disappeared. I feel numb where I dont feel intrested in them that much anymore or anything. That’s why it feels so strange now, because even that interest seems to have faded. It’s not that I dislike cars; I just don’t feel interested in them either. I feel in this neutral state not excited, but not completely bored either atm. I might just be tired, though. I had to be up early today, and after waking up early and struggling to fall back asleep, I finally started to settle only to have to get up again shortly after. It might be that lack of rest could be playing a big part in why I’m feeling this way. I'm sorry to keep complaining about everything all the time.

It makes sense that a sudden loss in interest in cars would be quite unsettling for you. You're right though sometimes when people are tired or stressed we can become apathetic to things we used to love. How are you feeling today? Is there any particular reason you're struggling to sleep?
Hey @Matthew_04 thanks so much for your reply it's not ideal losing a life long passion but it was only temporary, I feel it's coming back. I'm ok, hope you are too, I've just been overwhelmed with a lot in life that's why I struggle to sleep sometimes. Cheers anyway bro
Thanks mate, I really appreciate you saying that. It means a lot to know someone gets it and doesn't judge. What you said about finding new passions and not relying on just one really makes sense it's something I think I needed to hear. It's reassuring to know you've been through it and found ways to bring a bit of enjoyment back. Cheers for being so supportive.
