Hey everyone! I am suuper suuper late and extremely sorry for this! The last few weeks have been really challenging for me, but I've finally finished my all my final year uni assessments!
Anyways I'm here with another achievement thread! You may not remember what you've achieved in April - which is completely okay! I'm encouraging you to share anything that you're proud of - it doesn't have to be big at all. I hope that taking time to reflect on our achievements can lead us all to live fulfilling lives
Here are my achievements:
- I've been building stronger relationships with the patients at the psych ward I volunteer at, and I'm really grateful that I've encouraged them to engage and take part in activities as it's not easy for them
- I've grown closer to my family and have become more open about my mental health to them - I'm so thankful for their support
- I've been going out for more walks in nature which has been really lovely
You're doing a fantastic job everyone - please don't forget to tell yourselves that you're amazing!
Hope everyone as a lovely May!
(I will be sure to post on these achievement threads on time now that I'm finished with uni hahah)
