i cant access my messages

everytime i go and click on my private messages it says "something has gone wrong". does anyone know how to fix this?

    So it was turned off before it was even announced. Nice one guys. Sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous now. The main draw of this place over others was that we could connect with people on a deeper level. Now we can’t.

    It has become absolutely ridiculous and also silly they did this to be fair. I found the dms were more helpful for me because as a whole I could make new friends and actually have more one to one based support whereas in support chat it could be overwhelming so I wouldent always ask for help in there due to how busy it would get. The dms also introduced me to one of the most amazing people I've probably ever met in my life in a way which I'm glad for but sad this feature is being taken away.
