i would make a appt with a dr asap idk much on what to do but your gp can help. do you think you could talk to your parents abt this? ( sry if not ) im just trying to help. or a trusted adult? do you go to school? bc maybe you could talk to your school nurse. sending hugs. we’re here for you <3
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

    hey @Penny 🙂

i’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. it sounds like you’re in a very tough and scary situation, and you need support from someone who can help you.

the most important thing right now is your safety and your health. would you be able to talk to a trusted adult - this could be a parent, a school counsellor, a doctor, or even a helpline? even if it feels terrifying, you don’t have to go through this alone, and you deserve help and support.

you can usually get pregnancy tests from a pharmacy or clinic, and some places offer them for free if this is what you wanted to do at this time. a professional can also explain your options and help you understand next steps too!

in case it’s helpful, childline have a page on their website specific to pregnancy and it includes information such as how to check if you’re pregnant, what options are available and how to ask an adult for help - here is the link:
i know you’re scared to talk to your parents, but telling them, or another trusted adult, is really important.

you’ve got this, i believe in you <3

We're here for you @Penny . How has this past week been so far? Really positive to hear that you've got that doctor's appointment on the horizon and that your friend can accompany you. You're doing really well to talk about this.

Hey @Penny , thank you so much for this update. You're doing really well talking about this with us.

We're hearing that you now have a confirmed pregnancy - is that right? May we ask what happened at your doctor's appointment and what guidance they have offered you? It sounds like you're going through a really significant time, and we're all here for you.

You mentioned in your previous post feeling like your parents would kill you if they found out, and I hear you saying you're trying to hide your pregnancy too. Can we ask, do you currently feel safe with your parents? How are you feeling emotionally about everything that's happening right now.

You're doing so well to open up about this, Penny, and again, thank you very much for your trust in sharing. Please do keep us updated if you wish to. You don't have to navigate this alone.
