Have you ever heard of the term 'casual magic'? :star:

It was coined by a YouTuber and content-creator - 'UnJaded Jade', to describe the beauty in the mundane moments of our lives.

It's the little glimmers that bring us joy. Whether that's sipping a herbal tea, the scent of pencil against paper as you draw, the comforting weight of your blanket while you watch Netflix, or that giddy feeling of listening to your favourite artists' new single for the first time.

I personally find a lot of comfort in this idea, and wanted to create a little space where we could share some of our daily 'casual magic' with each other, whatever that looks like to you.

    My casual magic for today was discovering a new snack I love at lunchtime!

    I cut up an apple and ate it with peanut butter and sprinkled on lottsss of dark chocolate chips. It was simply delicious, and so nostalgic of when I was younger too :star:

    And then yesterday, my casual magic was noticing the BRIGHT green baby leaves starting to come out on the trees. I loved the colour of them against the sky!!

    My Casual Magic today was going on a morning walk and taking in the warm, sunny weather we're having at the moment!

    Omg I love the youtuber Unjaded Jade she's so amazing to be fair and I used to watch her to help with my revision and studies years ago!. I think for me my casual magic is getting to watch celebrity big brother and maybe just doing a crossword or two and also crocheting feeling the texture of the yarn being pulled through the hook and loops to create that amazing stitch you get at the end of the project <3.     @Amy22 , ahh that's so cool that you also watched / weatch UnJaded Jade. I have found her so inspiring!

    And oooo I love your description so much of your casual magic there, esspecially the sensation of the yarn pulling through the perfect stitch. That sounds so satisfying! What are you creating at the moment?

    Aw thank you so much <3. At the moment I was knitting a mini sunflower but I can't find it and I need to find the pattern so I can actually finish it properly. I am finishing up a granny square blanket and theres a local community hub near me which used to be an old hospital which is doing a blanket project so I might be helping to join squares together and make squares and donate yarn to them I don't use anymore.
