..... Do you agree with this quote? How would you define boundaries?

Thank you so much to all those who attended our Saturday Support Thread today to chat all things 'Boundaries'.

Setting boundaries can feel really overwhelming sometimes. It’s not always easy to know where to start, what our needs actually are, or how to find the right words. That’s why I’m hoping this thread can be a supportive space where we help each other figure it out, together.

Got a situation you're struggling with? A relationship that’s feeling a bit off-balance? A promise to yourself that’s hard to keep?

Let’s come together in the replies below and share ideas, support, and creative ways to set boundaries — with kindness, clarity, and care!

Hey @Sian321 i think boundaries are “rules” to protect you and the other individual so you can have a health balanced relationship

I don’t think boundaries work especially in my friendships as they often get ignored or I’m to afraid to set them
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.
