    Hi Ellie,

Sounds like a super stressful situation, it's not nice for people to be shouting especially when you can't work out the reason for it - could you tell us a bit more about what happened and how you're feeling about it now?
  • ellie2000ellie2000 Posts: 4,898 The Mix Elder
@Leyla she was nxt to me n I put my hand to one side of my mouth n said quietly 'it become toxic' n i left. I had my suspensions early on. Y do care cqc ratings lie? Shall I shout louder? Do care companies research the ppl managing? I did research I'm clever they're not
Online Newspaper sed some daming things about the person running the place

    Hi Ellie,

Shouting like that can make things worse. It’s good you stepped away before it escalated. If you're worried about the care company, keeping track of what's happening and looking into things further is a smart move. Sometimes the CQC ratings don’t tell the full story, so doing your own research can help.

@Leyla @roku767 I'm not aggressive, but the wrote a list tht I supposedly hav done. It made me go n think through situations, n ask ppl about those days which I get a response 'u were absolutely fine'
Shall I email tht lady n tell her she was out of order? n her company has been reported now.

Bc I report their wrongdoings, they still stay employed. Wat does 'all about the business' mean?

Hey @ellie2000 , how are you feeling this afternoon?
That sounds really hard to have reported their behaviour and yet nothing has changed.

You mentioned wanting to email a lady to tell her that she was out of order - can I ask who this lady is?

May we check how safe you're feeling in your current accomodation with your current care team?

@Sian321 I reported it to the social worker. I'm safe at mums at the moment with cats. The lady in question is 2nd in command, so the deputy manager. Ppl no they're currupt, tenants r leaving wen they can.
But wen something happens it shakes me up. N my thinking goes like ping pong.
Soon actions will b taken 😀 coz I'm waiting for new accommodation .
    Staff hiccups happen.
