Also wat does 'I am worthy' mean?
It can be so tricky to get pets to take their medications sometimes! I wonder whether mixing the medication in with their food might help? You could also contact your local vet too and ask them for some advice.
It sounds like your throw took you by surprise here a bit, and you're wondering if you threw it harder because you had some feelings you wanted to express. That is so valid, and it is true that sometimes feelings do come out physically. Were there any emotions you noticed during the game, such as anger or excitement, maybe?
Its really positive to hear that you felt able to contact your Mum when you were feeling low, although, it sounds like afterwards you felt a bit guilty maybe and are worried you were 'bad' for contacting her - is that right? What makes you feel that texting her was bad in that moment?
And when people say, I am worthy, that often means they believe they are valuable and deserving of love and kindness. Something that is 'worthy' has importance. So to say, 'I am worthy' can mean, 'I am important. My feelings matter'.
