So I have a review with my doctor at 4:40 and I’ve written down how I’m currently feeling etc and that’s fine and I also need to ask them about this stupid C-ptsd shit because my college don’t even care whatsoever

Also when I had the meeting with my SMHP he showed me my camhs document and now I want a copy as it’s not on my app and it basically tells me what camhs were ment to do but didn’t, will my doctor print off a copy if I ask?

    I went to the doctors and it went good but also she is worried about the C-PTSD and how much more my birth mum has been having an effect on me and I told her about the recent stuff happening with my birth mum and word for word i got “oh *name* that is absolutely heartbreaking to hear” but yeah 🫠

    I got access to the document I wanted but she told my mum I have it because she was reading it before she printed it and she said it’s really heavy

    I mentioned to her about wanting my social services files and she said that the social services will need her clearance for it and she wouldn’t give it because she doesn’t think it’s a good idea right now and I agree tbh but I have no self control so I needed someone to like intervene with it so that’s good (ik odd reaction from me lol)
