I was out at a friend's house which I went with mum. I heard the cat scratching in it litter n I started singing 'diggy diggy hole' coz I felt uneasy n I got told to shush. Wat quiet techniques do ppl use? A neighbour of mum about my situation tht got me sad too

    It's good to hear you were able to use a grounding technique when you started to feel uneasy, I've linked an article here with some other techniques which are quieter.
    My favourite one is the 54321 technique, you list 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste.
    But the article is super helpful as it tells you what emotion the grounding exercise is best for =)
