Thank you for these posts and questions. You mentioned that you have heard that the carers within your home have taken self-defence classes, but this confuses you because the people who live with you are harmless. I hear you, Ellie.
And you also mentioned that management can lie about you sometimes, making other people think you are a bad person. That sounds really hurtful, and no one has a right to treat you that way or to be labelling you as 'bad'. How does that make you feel when they do that?
