    How do I get the 'theres a higher being' thing out of my head?

    @ellie2000 i take naps past 4 sometimes and its completely fine. i have no clue how to get rid of the higher being in your head, sorry that i cant be of much help

    Hey @ellie2000 thanks so much for your question.

    It sounds as though you were feeling tired earlier and wanted to take a nap - is that right? That sounds absolutely valid, and you deserve to listen to your body and to rest when you need to.

    When you say 'a higher being,' are you refering to religious or spiritual belief, e.g. God? I wonder what makes you fear that a higher being would judge you for taking a nap earlier than 4pm?

    @Sian321 @toffuna101 I didn't used to have the higher being in my head but the therapist got me normal then alittle bit into wen I moved. It was taken away. How do I go back to those

    @ellie2000 It sounds really scary to feel like the world is ending or you're getting judged by a higher power for taking a nap after a certain time, it feels like it could put a lot of pressure on you to only sleep at certain times even if you are tired. Thank you for opening up about it, and it's positive to hear that you managed to overcome these thoughts before even if they have seemingly returned now.

    It sounds like having that therapist was helpful for you, do you still have a similar support circle after moving? :)
