firstly, i just want to check you’re feeling safe at the moment? you’re such an important person and deserve support!
i’m really sorry you’re feeling like this, but i want you to know you’re not alone. relapsing doesn’t erase the progress you made, it just means you’re struggling, and that’s ok. it doesn’t mean you won’t get better. i know things feel overwhelming right now, but you deserve help and support. please, if you can, talk to someone you trust, a teacher, counsellor, or helpline. you don’t have to go through this alone. we all care about you, and we are all here if you need to talk about anything!
if you’re feeling unsafe, it’s important you get the help you need and deserve - you can call 111 / 999 or go to a&e - i know sometimes calls can be scary, and it’s totally ok if you feel that way, you can also text 111 / 999 too.
i’m going to add some helplines here in case you need them:
shout (24/7) - text ‘shout’ to 85258
samaritans (24/7) - call 116123
papyrus (24/7) - call 08000684141
kelly’s heroes (6pm-11pm) - webchat on website

sos (8pm-12am) - call 08001151505
suicide prevention uk (6pm-12am) - call 08005870800
you’ve got this, i believe in you
i know it can be super hard to share such difficult feelings with people, so just in case it might be helpful for you, childline have a whole page around visiting your doctor - i’ll link it here: https://www.childline.org.uk/info-advice/bullying-abuse-safety/getting-help/visiting-your-doctor/
i’m really proud of you for taking that step
Sending hugs,
