Hey @shannon_164 , I hear you. There's been a lot of shifts this week and it's had a direct impact on yourselves. This has been very, very far from ideal from the team's perspective too. And it sounds like it's left you with a lot to hold this week.

Sian and I will be there for you at 1pm today, and welcome any interpretations of the theme of 'Stress' - no matter what's been playing on your mind or what you're coping with, the thread is for you.

We are keeping the thread Stress themed to keep in line with our schedule where we can. I do understand the chat schedule has been all over the place this week though.

Hope this makes sense

Redemption

Hopefully chats are better next week, hoping we can return to 7 days a week for them because it not being on Monday especially can be a bit harder because of the Monday blues and new week, can be a bit overwhelming so would be good to have the chats to unwind and talk about struggles
