I'm disappointed about how stuff has gone. Would it b different if the manager other homes were inadequate. I vented to the deputy manager tht I've been SH'ing and its their doing coz they altered my thinking, was tht not gd to do?. I'm gd atm coz I'm at mums. We won at the quiz though 😊
Hav I done a bad thing by not keeping quiet n carrying on? Alerting ppl tht there r issues
I'm gd. I'm happy

i’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. you haven’t done a bad thing at all by speaking up. if something isn’t right, you should be able to talk about it without feeling like you’re in the wrong. you deserve to be heard, and if the way they handled things has hurt you, that’s on them, not you.
i’m really glad you’re at your mum’s right now and feeling okay. you’ve been through a lot, and it makes sense that you’re feeling conflicted about it all, but please don’t doubt yourself for reaching out, it was the right thing to do.
also, congrats on winning the quiz, that’s a nice little win amidst everything else!
i hope you’re ok

It sounds like it might have taken courage to open up to the deputy manager about SHing, and you are absolutely within your right to talk about this and to reach out for help. You shouldn't have to keep quiet and carry on, coping with everything on your own. You are allowed to ask for help, and it sounds so hard that when you did, you felt gotten at by your care team and they altered your thinking. Would you feel comfortable sharing more with us about how the deputy manager responded to you?
May we ask, are you needing any medical attention after SHing? How are you feeling physically in your body at the moment? Would you feel safe sharing with us whether there was anything that triggered you to SH? Please feel welcome to share only what you feel comfortable with. We're here and listening without judgement

It's so positive to hear that you do feel safe and happy at your mum's right now. And congrats on winning the quiz! That sounds like fun
We're all here for you, Ellie, and keep us updated if you wish to. You are so, so allowed to be reaching out for help
