It might help if you could clarify what kind of eviction you mean? If you mean eviction from a rented property, as far as I know there’s a few they can give you, but the one I know of is a section 21 notice, which gives you a date to leave? Are you worried this is going to happen to you? <3

Hey @ellie2000 , thanks for your question!

I want to echo @independent_ 's post here - I wonder if you'd be able to share a bit more information? May I ask whether you are going through an eviction yourself right now? Or perhaps someone that you know?

To learn more about your rights around eviction you may wish to reach out to the Citizen's Advice Bureau. I'll share more details below:
Your local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) provides free, confidential information and advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. They offer help with issues such as housing, welfare rights, benefits, money, debt, family, legal issues and employment rights. You can call them on 0800 144 8848 (England), 0800 702 2020 (Wales), and 0800 028 1456 (Scotland) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You can webchat with an advisor, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Find out more about what CAB do, or search for your local branch via their website, www.citizensadvice.org.uk
