i get what you’re saying, and it’s frustrating when people don’t understand that after therapy, you need time to process and recharge. it’s not about being lazy, it’s about giving yourself space to just be and not feel pressured to constantly be ‘on’.
as for the assertiveness part, i get that too. sometimes it feels like people just don’t listen or respect your words, and that can be really draining. it’s so tough when it feels like no matter what you say, you can’t get your point across - i hear you.
as for the whole “are you mad at me?” thing, it’s hard when people make you doubt yourself, but if they’ve said you weren’t rude, then maybe you can trust that? it’s annoying when others’ behaviour makes you question yourself, especially when you know the situation better than anyone else. i know it can be hard, but try not to let their actions make you second guess yourself!
