i find endings really hard, especially with those who i have found to be supportive. my psychologist, im so so lucky with her as she’s genuinely been amazing and super understanding of everything. last session she had mentioned about when she moves on in 10 months and then said we have 10 months together too, i was relieved about that. today though, she had said about when she leaves in summer. obviously it isn’t gonna be summer in 10 months time, unless we relocate to australia lol but yeah, that’s so much sooner. i only see her every few weeks too so it’s not at all a lot of sessions left with her. it’s came as a shock i guess? now i gotta go sit in college and pretend im ok when ive just sat and cried my eyes out from the minute i left the session & while on the bus.

Hey @struggling0_0 I know how things can be difficult people moving on who have been supportive, someone understanding who you find great for this stuff. It's understandable to be on shock, upset etc. Then hearing her moving on earlier than she initially said, sounds harder and it's completely understandable to feel like this. I'm so sorry you've been so upset but like I say to others here, myself and the rest of the community are here for you. In term's of college, do you think there's anyone else you can speak to like friends, famliy, college staff like maybe counsellor etc. Summer is still a bit of time off as well so atleast you have you phycologist for a while yet. I know Summer isn't a million miles away but it's still a few months away. Im here in pms if you need to chat.
