getting triggered tw// mentions of suicide, self harm & eating disorders

i’m in class right now and just feel so frustrated. why on earth did i bother having an assessment with inclusive learning at the start of the year to literally get nowhere in terms of support. it’s all been a complete disaster so far.
today for example, on the powerpoint there was a whole slide around assisted suicide which involved a conversation on suicide & mental health etc. 0 warning on this however it literally says on my learning support plan it literally states “May find certain subjects triggering (suicide, self-harm and eating disorders) – would benefit from any advanced warning of sensitive subject matter”. it’s so so frustrating.
i’ve had self harm pointed out, not intentionally, but still it was pointed out multiple times by teachers.
this has been ongoing all year. a class before christmas on multiple occasions there was mention of eating disorders, one day even a super graphic image too:/
i’ve been triggered so much lately and im tired of it. it’s making classes so much harder. i’m not even sure what to do anymore - i am planning to email the one today re warnings in classes as it’s been each week we’ve talked about mental health in some way with 0 warning.

It's fustrating when things you ask for aren't implemented but you deserve support asked for. It may be a genuine not realised teachers van be very busy and it gets missed in that.
