Does anyone know how I gain access to my files from my time in social services? I’m not sure how to
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    It may be called a subject access request. If you give your council area, social services and subject access request a google something might come up to help you.

    Failing that, it’s worth giving the department you were under a call or sending them an email, as you do have a right to any information they have about you.

    @independent_ thank you <3 I’m not sure which one I’m under will I be under the one I was adopted under or the one I was under where I lived at the time

    I’m not too sure I’m afraid. I would assume that both of them would have information about you. You could contact both of them and see what they say.
