I got a letter this morning about booking an initial assessment and it’s safe to say I’m scareddddd 🥲

Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

Hey @Rose113, i think feeling scared is definitely normal for something like this! Can imagine it feels quite daunting and unknown however hopefully having this initial assessment is something that can be seen a positive step
