So I know it can be so hard to shut off our heads at night to sleep so here’s a thread to do exactly what the name suggest but obviously remember guidelines 💕 I’ll reply to this thread when we/someone uses it <3

You are not alone, let’s try lift the load before sleep :)
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.
