    Hey @ellie2000 paranoia tends to come from anxiety, fear or feeling suspicious about something. I'd say yeah toxic people and bad atmospheres can cause all of those things, so could result in feeling paranoid. Is this something you're experiencing Ellie, if you feel comfortable sharing?
