    Hi @ellie2000 that's a good question! Often our brains are quite cruel and make us overthink for no good reason. But there are ways we can control our thoughts from taking over and making them have less of an influence over us. How have you been getting on recently? <3

    @Orchid059 ppl no how to undo stuff wat u learn to make u better. I'm glad it's the end of the year. I'm away frm tht toxic atmosphere, hopefully moving soon 😀 I'm at my mums with cats n games. Ppl don't realise tht I can see wats right n wrong behaviour
