At 11pm tonight marks the anniversary of my friends death who passed away a few years ago but I didn’t find out till 12pm on Christmas Day as that Christmas I was really unwell and was asleep before 11pm so I wasn’t able to help her. I live with the regret and guilt of her passing, it hurts so badly every year 💔😭

    @Rose113 I’m sorry to hear about that, truly. I can’t imagine such pain. We are always here if you need anyone to talk to. ☺️ I always like to remember that grief only exists because love and memories did first, its love persevering, just in a different way. I hope you’re okay.

    @Rose113 sending you the biggest of hugs. it's perfectly okay for it to hurt again around the anniversary - i think it's ultimately part of the grief process. remember to be kind to yourself and we are all here for you
