Hi all

Hopefully images have attached properly and with Xmas in a couple of days it's easy to have mental health dips over the xmas days especially if any of yous are living alone or are Neuro spicy, so Hopefully the images will be of use to some people

    Thank you so much for sharing these images and posts they are super helpful and handy to have. I love the first post so so much as a neurospicy person it means a lot to me <3. I just want to echo what you said as well to anyone else out there you are definitely not alone this Christmas and never feel afraid of reaching out for support because it can be one of the most bravest things you can ever do asking for help or a listening ear this festive season. I know the festive season can be very stressful for a lot of neuro divergent folk so im sending you all positive vibes right now <3.
