    Heeey @shannonxg_ - totally okay to feel however you feel as you said. Nobody's intention here is to make you feel ignored so I'm sorry that's been your experience.

    We generally ask people to avoid publicly venting about this community, because it can put this place down for the other people who are finding it helpful. It can also make other folks feel guilty and sometimes lead to drama, and that's not fun for anyone.

    I know that's not your intention at all by the way. :) But that can be the impact of posts like this.

    For discussing issues with the community or other members, contacting the mod team privately is the best way to go. I know we already have a DM conversation open with you and we'll get back to you when we can, and maybe we can explore this a bit more.

    For now though I'm going to close this thread. You're can post about feeling isolated or not getting the support you need in your life, as long as it's not directly about this community. :)
