The head of safeguarding Emma messaged me after I told her my grandma passed away and we chatted a bit and she wants me to go in tomorrow to do a safety plan for over Christmas

So I’ve set myself some goals for tonight

1. Gonna shower and pick out a comfy outfit
2. Gonna get an early night and pack my bag

    @Rose113 I am so glad you were able to tell safeguarding lead about this! How did the meeting go? Safety plan sounds a good idea to help you one let off, two help prepare for chrismas.

    Hey @Invisible_me it went good actually, we did the safety plan and then she offered to call my doctors for me to help me book an appointment for my Mental health and she’s told them some stuff so I have an appointment on 24th January for it which I’m scared for but I’ve managed to get a female and one that is really nice so that’s good

    I'm so pleased to hear this!! Glad you managed to get an appt with a female doc and one that you feel is really nice. Hopefully hol feel comfortable with them and share how you feel.
    What can you do in the meantime?
