Can’t sleep

I can’t sleep, first I’m too hot and then I’m too cold, my hair is tickleing my neck, The covers feel weird on my skin, I have a raging headache and tummy pain, my thigh is hurting just because it wants too :/ my back is itchy and I’m arguing with myself on why I should and shouldn’t go to sleep whilst I listen to Barney snore and slowly kick me out of bed

    Hi @Rose113 i relate to this so much sadly. I’m not sure if you’ve tried this (or if this is the type of thing that could maybe help?) but personally I LOVE the sound of rain and I find it so soothing so to help me sleep I listen to rain sounds on YouTube!! I hope tonight you get a better rest, you deserve it<3
