It's important to hold the fact that getting answers is usually a step in the right direction, all you need to try and do is focus on taking things one step at a time.
I have a few things to say: I know health anxiety can be really tricky, especially when you likely need to get more tests done.
1) Try to avoid getting caught up in excessive googling. It's easy to get overwhelmed with information that might not be relevant to your specific condition!
2) Take care of yourself. Make sure you're getting enough rest, eating well, and finding ways to relax. Self-care is so important during times like these. We're all here for you if you need to talk or just need a listening ear
