The discussion boards may look a bit strange at the moment as the data transfer for everyone's accounts is currently happening. We hope things will be looking how they were very soon! Our tech team are on it and working hard to get everything transferred

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that we're aware the boards aren't working as they should, and we're sorry for any frustration this may be causing.

We're working hard to get everything back up and running today.

I'm Italia, the Head of Youth Engagement here at The Mix, and I’ll be keeping you updated throughout the day. I’ll post any progress here in this thread, so you’ll know as soon as we’ve made headway.

For now, please avoid creating any new accounts. Our goal is to restore your old accounts, and having duplicate ones could complicate things. If we do need you to take any action, I’ll let you know right here.

In the meantime, if you’re in need of support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the resources listed below. We're doing everything we can to be back online for you as soon as possible!

We wanted to share an update on how things are going before we log off for the day.

Our tech team are still working very hard to get the discussion boards back up and running. They've not been able to fix it yet, but have began restoring all the accounts and will continue working on this for the rest of the evening. You won't be able to log into your accounts yet, but we hope this to be fixed very soon. We'll be back online tomorrow morning and will share another update then.

I don’t think anyone has been able to see these threads, idk about other but I’ve had just a “no category’s found” show when the boards were down which is what you get when banned 🥲

I tried logging in and like I could see the discussions but no user names at all. Also, I tried to log in but it was like you dont have permission to do that and I was like noooo. It felt a bit scary ngl for me

. Im glad we are up and running though

. Hopefully the groups will be too back on as Im hoping to try to go to more of them in the evenings.

I could access it in a private tab @Rose113, I emailed the mix and told them that as well so if anyone else emailed they might have been told to do that. I guess because your devices still thought you were signed in even though you couldn’t sign in? So private tab meant it didn’t recognise you so you could see the threads.

Haa these comments made me chuckle too! I did have that thought on Monday that I hope you all don't think it was something to do with my last day! Just secretly packing the discussion boards in my suitcase all the way to New Zealand!

It's lovely to be back for a few more weeks so we have longer together

In terms of updates from today, we've finished testing and checking everyone's accounts. We can confirm they have all been transferred except 5 which got missed. We'll work on getting these added back over the next couple of days but everything else is working as expected now - yay!!
