Mental health group

Hey guys my friend and I want to start a mental health support group on Facebook but need ten rules any suggestions?

So far we have:

1 Be respectful of everyone and their issues
2 no triggering images eg SH scars
3 If something triggers someone don’t mention it again unless carefully worded and is relevant to the conversation

Any help is appreciated thank you ❤️

    The group i look after has 2 big rules - whats said here stays here, and no private messaging outside of the group. That second one is in place not to get people into trouble but to stop people from becoming dependent on one person.

    i would put helplines in there to so ppl know where to reach out to in crisis.
    ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸
